Lucy, Head Trainer, founded Fitness on the Edge, LLC in 2008 as a solution for clients who were seeking personalized training in a private environment. The trainers all hold a diploma and are highly qualified. We stand by the importance of a knowledge-based personal training. We require all trainers to have a diploma in personal training and be highly skilled in knowing the anatomy of the human body. Every trainer’s priority is to provide a safe workout for the client that promotes well-being and improves physical/mental health. With such an approach, a strong bond of trust is established between the trainer and the client. This allows an ever-evolving confidence in the client’s ability to reach new and higher levels of training as well as individual personal goals.

Fitness Weight Loss Program

Good physical health must include good nutrition. The 25/12 weight-loss program will incorporate training sessions, and nutritional guidance with a trainer working side by side in accelerating the client’s success in reaching significant goals. The program is designed to learn how to make fitness and clean eating a journey for life. The trainers’ goals are to help the client come to this realization by gradually helping them to adapt to a more active lifestyle and create an awareness of the importance of clean eating. Regardless how demanding or hectic life can be we have proven through our dedicated clients that it is possible to succeed if you are invested to a healthier you.
