Meet Lucy

Lucy is a certified personal trainer with a professional diploma in personal training/Nutrition and a passion for helping people move, feel awesome, and live better lives. Since 2008, she has dedicated her career to helping many busy lifestyles to prioritize feeling better and stronger through customized and obtainable progressive fitness plans, contributing to a mental well-being. With a strong foundation in anatomy and the science of moving mechanics, Lucy’s approach is rooted in safety, personal connection, and lasting results.

When she’s not training, Lucy loves spending time reading the Bible, taking long walks with Steel (dog), gardening, dancing, cooking for family and friends (she’s especially known for her flan and coquito), and loves volunteering in her community.

Fitness on the Edge, LLC was founded by Lucy guided by the philosophy “fitness is an organic way to a healthy body and mind.” Training and Coaching as a solution for those seeking guidance in personalized strength training & endurance. Today, it has evolved to virtual sessions, conveniently accessible and personalized mobility, stability and flexibility. Guided by the philosophy that fitness is an organic way to a healthy body and mind, all services are offered through one-on-one virtual sessions, live group virtual classes, and coming soon, on-demand fitness membership — making it easy to stay consistent and connected, wherever you are.

Every program is intentionally designed to help clients build strength progressively, improve body awareness, and reach personal milestones at their own pace. Your fitness journey with Lucy will always be evolving.

    Before training with Lucy, I had neck pain, bad posture, and the doctor wanted aggressive treatment but I wanted to try a more natural solution by strengthen my muscles -Lucy gave me just that. She explains every move and keeps you motivated. this helped me ease into training -now , no more torticollis. Even chiropractors didn’t help this , only helped temporarily. I advise to try Lucy first for strengthen before committing to treatment may do more harm than good.

    Before Lucy, my fitness experiences at the gym were using the elliptical and I was experiencing constant back pain. My results in starting up with Lucy I feel much stronger; in my everyday life- I can lift heavier items for longer or go up more flights of stairs. I can keep up with my husband in hiking trails.     Before working out privately with Lucy, my focus was on building strength with weights. I often had lower back and neck pain. I lacked flexibility. Lucy customized my fitness sessions to open up my back and increase my flexibility.

    I love that my fitness sessions are customized to what my body needs. I also love that Lucy uses a lot of dynamic exercises that work several muscle groups at the same time.
